What is Fat Man Do?
Fat Man Do is a complete health and fitness program for men. Our programs are specifically designed for men who need help achieving their health and fitness goals. We also educate men on health and fitness through our membership portal, creating sustainable, long-term results.
Who is Fat Man Do for?
Fat Man Do is for men who are ready to commit to improving their health and fitness. It’s for men who want to feel better, move better, look better, reduce stress, and improve their overall quality of life.
How often is my program reviewed?
As often as necessary. Our Fitness and Kickstarter programs all include regular catch-ups with your coach. On top of that, you have chat access to your coach via the Fat Man Do training app who can adjust your program as needed.
I’m a beginner, is this program for me?
Definitely! Our Fitness and Kickstarter programs all include a completely individualised training program. After your initial consultation you will receive a training program specific to you, your needs, and your goals.
I’m experienced in the gym, why would I need Fat Man Do?
Our founder Nick is highly experienced within the fitness industry and has learnt from some of the best and biggest names in the business. So whether you are looking to bust a plateau, improve your cardiovascular fitness or increase a 1RM, we can create the right program for you.
How long does the program last for?
As long as you need it to. However, our bodies do take time to adapt to change, so to ensure that you see results, we do require a minimum commitment of 13 weeks for our Fitness programs. Outside of that, you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
